Hey bros, you know how babies go through the spell where they scream and cry ALOT, I mean mood swings like a motherfucker... Do you think that this is caused by the fact that Test levels are at a VERY high level during the infntile time frame...and then during the adolescent years, when test peaks again, the mood swings come back, as well as alot of depression, etc....what do you think? Let me know...Marauder

Maybe so. My wife has VMS (violent mood swings) every month along with her PMS, which is the result of hormonal changes. Of course if you ask her its all my fault.

denmaur:

my wife uses a progesterone creme, off 7 days during period and her VMS stopped and PMS just about disappeared. her endocrinologist suggested it as many women battle a problem with estrogen dominance and progesterone opposes it. available at all health food stores. tell her to read John Lee,MD books.

During the development of the male sex organs in uterus T levels are high. Then the sex steroids drop and are almost absent untill puberty.
Interesting theory though!

SCHNiKEN, babies don't grow inside the mother's stomach.

Storks bring them.

Babies have what has been labeled as "colic". This has been linked to digestive system problems being under-developed at the time of birth among other things. They have proven that 9 out of 10 babies DO NOT develop this syndrome when fed breast milk as it is MUCH more tolerable by the infant. It is also very benificial to the immune system development of the infant. Not all mothers can breast feed for various reasons(milk production to low or never developed etc....). I do not believe it is related to test levels, especially in female infants.
