![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If I was you, Id wait to do growth.First of all you just got back in the gym and I wouldnt even attempt to take some juice until u have benn in there for about a month gh does cut bodyfat but 20lbs is a lot to cutt with gh you will probably shrink with loosing the fat b/c your body will not have enough cal but if u are stuffing cal that mean you need to do 8wks at least to even come close to losing 20lbs but you will gain plenty of mass too.GH is expensive and if u dont have at least $2000 I wouldnt even bother with it. ![]() ![]() ![]() if you want to use gh then you need high androgens(deca aint gonna cut it)for fat loss you need 2-4iu/day 4-5x/wk and for the androgens take test..if you can afford it and really want to rip up take gh for 3 mo's first 6weeks use take600-1000mg/wk then switch to maybe trenbolone of halo as they are high andro's but do not aromatise, and also for first 6weeks you need to adsd some t3(cynomel) especially if you use clen because it lowers your natural t3 and eat complex carbs during the first part of the day highest in morn mod next meal lowest 3rd then the rest of day only protein for a total of about 1g of carb/lb and 2g protein/lb...btw if you did not understand some of these things or dont know what they are then forget about it you should already know these things and be asking for opinions based on what you know IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 20 lbs? that's all? EASY! the hell with the hgh, you need more than 4 iu's a day to get fat loss anyways, and the hell with roids. Since you are a beginner, i would just do a plan low carb diet. heres how: stay at 30 grams and under a day of carbs, monday through saturday. On sunday eat lots of carbs. You're diet should consist of high fat and high protein foods. You should also supplement with some fiber. at least 20 grams of fiber a day. the first week will be hard, but after that, its pretty easy. do this for 6 weeks and the fat will be GONE. -Pops IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() actually.... i have seen many people lose this amount + in 6 weeks. the average weight loss per week is 2 lbs. this is an average for non excercising individuals. they say any more than a 2lb loss per week is muscle. i disagree. -Pops IP: Logged |
