Right now I am 6 feet tall 188lbs 6% BF. My submission grappling weight class is 187-200lbs I would like to weigh in at 198 same body fat percentage. I have been working out for 6 years naturally and have never been able to break 190 lean, I have tried every supplement to come out but nothing seems to help. Would it be possible to gain about 10 lbs. of muscle on one cycle and be able to stay in the mid to high 190s without doing another cycle. I only have acsess to Test and clomid. I do not have another tournament for about 4 months. Sorry for the long post just wanted to give all the info I could. Thanks for the help guys. IP: Logged |

Find someone on line (a good source) to order other shit from. (mail a mod) Get deca to go with your test. If you get too big (over 198) you can loose it easy. IP: Logged |

I also do grappling/submission tournaments for fun. I do it mostly with some of the security guys I used to work with at a club. Your training really does not allow for much weight gain because it is highly catabolic. Gear will help your body stay in an anti-catabolic stage, so you will gain muscle mass even while you train for the competitions. I would recommend a Deca cycle to help you gain 8-12 pounds of lean muscle. Test should only be used if you cannot find anything else for your cycle. Test is not the best way to gain permanent mass. A deca cycle would look like this: code: You could add about 200-250mg of test every 14 days to keep your libido in check and to help with your gains. E-mail me if you have any other questions that the board cannot answer. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

Tapout, when I wrestled and I was only a pound away from the lower weight class I would just go run in a rubber suit for 20-30 minutes and I would be able to make weight and have a strength advantage over my competitors who did not cut any water weight. Just a thought. Peace IP: Logged |

Thanks for the help guys. 2Thick your right about this slowing gains grappling 6-8 hours a week keeps me overstrained. Thats why I am thinking of cutting down to 2-4 hours and try put on some weight for a few months. Mack that is also what I have done in the past but at this time the top fighters in my area are in the higher weight class, I just want to test my self with these guys. IP: Logged |

Even in college I would wrestle up a class even two some times, it was all about were the team needed me. Worry about your strength and stamina. Remember you will be able to eat. They more than likely will be dehydrated and starved - this always helped me. Long matches can realy take it out of you. I alway have thought that 5 / 6 pounds shouldn't make a difference. My coach always thought that you should be able and ready to wrestle up a class. IP: Logged |

Hey man, I'm 5' 10" at 230lbs have about 4 years of BJJ. So far the best competition drug I've come across is high dosage Fina/Whinny. 2cc's a day from Animals kit and 60mgs of whinny and you will be insanely strong and fast. Like freaky "that shouldn't be passable" shit. Whinny helps with your wind to. To cut weight I do 100mg of DNP at night 3 days on 4 days off for a few weeks precompetition. Grapple on days 1, 2, 6 and 7 that way the DNP won't kill you when you roll. Weight train the other on days 1,3,4,5. Stop taking the DNP one week before competition and take dandelion root the morning of, and the night before the competition. IP: Logged |
