![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I eat pretty clean through the week...I run a 5:1-1 1/2 ratio of carbs to protein. I dont pay alot of attention to my fat intake..but I also dont go overboard. Calorie intake around 5000 cal. a day, but for some that may be too much, it depends on if you know your BMR very well. I vary my protein intake between red and white meat. Now on the weekends however..it is not uncommon for me to devour a whole large pizza by myself...what a shame...its a weakness of mine...heh..heh..heh.. It works quite well for me IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i eat everything and anything i can get my hands on, even if its fast food or twinkies... i figure better enjoy yourself when your loading since when you cut up you can eat barely anything, make no mistake about it though. you do put on a lot of fat when you do that. but i lose it eventually. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You don't want yourself to get fat!! That was always my biggest mistake. Now I have to battle with stretched out skin. It is hard to tighten that stuff up once it is stretched. It was not uncommon for me to lose 60 lbs in 20 wks for a show. That just sucks cuz your skin don't like that shit. Then you have to stay hard year long to tighten it up. DON"T GET FAT!!! EAT clean, but tons of it and I mean tons of it. Good quality weight is what you want. IP: Logged |
