the last week i have been getting sharp pains going through my tris and forearms, the pain seems to be more in my tendons than in the muscle itself. the massage therapist thinks its due to not warming up enough before i workout. the fitness trainer says its from where my forarms are so tight that the muscle is spasming cauing my tris and bis to being pulled on from the tightness of my forearms. i am getting really tired of this sharp pain when i lift. any thought guys. thanks

you don't say if your on gear but if you are this is very common as you put more pressure on your tendons than there used to handling since your body feels so stong. always remeber to warm up and be careful with the amount of weight you use as the next step would be a tear. i just competed and than gained back some weight went back to the gym and had the same thing happen.

Rub some dirt on it ya big girl!! J/k I cant really tell you why they hurt but you can either take some time off(you know you need legs anyway), or do what I do... ignore it.

Stop jerking off so much! Just kidding...
Try icing down for 15 minutes prior and post workout. This will cause vasodilation (increased blood flow) to the muscles and should allow any swelling or waste tissue buildup to be removed from the area more readily.

Bro here's a good idea, try takeing MSM, availabel at health food stores 4 grams a day along with at least 5 or more grams of creatine with each dose of MSM, my theory is it helps soften up tendons and soft tissues and keeps them springy and streachable too along with the creatine helping your body put water where it will do the most good...I have the same problem and put together this combination quite by accident, it does seem to work bro...
