![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() im going to be going off in about three weeks..... usually after a cycle I try to keep the intensity of my workouts the same and start to watch my fat intake more.... im starting to think that keeping my workout the same will be "overtraining" and add to the loss of muscle after a cycle.... how has anyone else approached there non chemically enhansed training and diet? ![]() ![]() ![]() From what I've seen in myself and many of my friends, is that if you don't keep training hard, you will lose your gains. A buddy of mine gained 25 pounds of of a test and deca cycle then stopped working out for a month after. He lost 20 of those pounds and actually became weaker than he was before he started the cycle. I try to train even harder when I am off now. You don't get the same pump but you have to deal with it. I usually eat cleaner when I am off, too. When I am in the bulking phase of a cycle, I eat everything in sight, and then some. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() natural test boosters, anticatabolics, insulin, creatine, 60 min workout max, but very intense, less cardio (yes I do less when off) more sleep, little less protein, more vegie fats (for test and pgf2 prod) and maybe I'll try pgf2 next time I am off and always 2 gal of water/day IP: Logged |
