![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() God help me. I have been an advid gym rat for the past few years in college. But now, I want to go to the gym but I have no motivation to do it. It has been like this for the past month or two. And if I do go, I do some pussy ass workout and leave in a half hour. I just need some people to bitch at me and help me out here. Whats wrong with me? Do you think changing to a new gym may help? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Motivation can come only from within yourself. I see many people who end up like you as a result of over-training. One thing is for sure....the burning desire to lift will always return to those who have a true addiction ![]() IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Maybe you should take 2 weeks off just to recharge your batteries and gave yourself a break if you're overtraining. I found some books very inspiring, too, like Arnold: Education of a Bodybuilder. I don't suggest you follow his training program unless you're on a cycle, but just read it for the inspiration.
