It is very simple to use! use 1 IU per 10 kilos of bodyweight...consume 10 grams of carbs for each IU of insulin injected. Only use Humulin R start at a low dose and work your way up.. Watch out for a second spike in insulin levels about 2-3 hours after your shot always carry a snack bar or somehting n you after you take a shot of you could fuck yourself! IP: Logged |

Insulin is legal to buy...My advice if you really want to use it is to go to the Dr. and get all the education you need.....it's legal, they'd have no problem advising you. IP: Logged |

I also heard insulin is very anabolic. Is that what is making all the pros get even bigger? How long would you use it for? If you use it all the time isn't there a chance of becomming dependant on it? Does it really make a difference in muscle gains? IP: Logged |

Insulin seems to be too unforgiving. With test, you most likely won't go into a coma if you shoot too much. All I'm saying is that insulin is a little too dangerous for the average shmo to be messing with. IP: Logged |

Taking insulin without the proper knowledge can make you insulin dependent. I personally don't think it's worth the risks. There are too many AS out there that can do the job. IP: Logged |

i would only suggest looking into insulin if you are an upper level bodybuilder etc. true education is the key to maximizing gains and minimizing risks. insulin and glucagon are opposites, one regulates the other and vice versa (to answer conan's question) im by no means anywhere near an informed person on insulin and its use in terms of bodybuilding. insulin shock is no joke and will get you. merely knowing to "eat some carbs" after injecting is not enough. if one is going to take insulin one should be as knowledgeable as a diabetic or even more. there was a post earlier by a new guy ranting about having to be a "freaking doctor" to get huge, or something to that effect. ALMOST ENTIRELY TRUE STATEMENT. extensive knowledge saves your ass. test messes with your balls, insulin messes with your pancreas. which one would i rather lose? quite frankly my balls in this case.
