I have read a couple of threads about sleep disturbances. I too suffer with insomnia from time to time. What I recommend is cycling three different aids: Kava Kava, Valerian, and Melatonin (alternating weekly or bi-weekly). I prefer to take Kava Kava and hour before bed time. E2 is right with melatonin, you will get some wild dreams.
I have a couple of buddies that use valerian, but I find it weaker than the Kava kava or melatonin.

Thanks alot.. i think im gonna go get some of that melatonin tonight.. just gonna go stop by gnc and pick some up.. see how that works and then maybe try some of this other stuff... By the way when do i take it.. right b4 i go to sleep or a few hours b4?

You might want to warn your wife or girlfriend before you take melatonin, I walked in my sleep and yelled and all kinds of goofy stuff.........had some wild dreams........might just be me,
