they come in a white and orange box 20 tabs 2 blisters of 10 and they are good i had some about 3 months back and they were excellent if they are like that white and orange box and 20 to a box there normaly the real thing the ones i had had a panflet with them in english i think they were ment to be imported here to the uk for medication but obvieosly made there way onto the black market sometimes tho the panflet is in romanian most of the time .
