![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Someone called me yesterday and related their experience in having mailed a couple priority mail 'packages', without a return address. Is there a postal regulation that makes these packages suspect in terms of US Mail delivery (fear or suspicion of content) and would cause a delay in delivery ? This person said that two separate US Priority Mail *largest envelope* were not delivered within 5 days between two major US metropolitan cities (across state boundaries). Was this because of "no return address" ? IP: Logged |
