Your Blood pressure could be up from worrying about it going up from reading the other post. Also the stress of not having a job will also increase your blood preesure. Try taking your blood pressure for a couple of days, around the same time each day, and see if it remains high or goes back down.

My doctor always uses a special larger cuff when checking my Bp and the difference between the reading on the larger cuff and the standard adult size was always significant . My Bp is borderline but it always reads high with the regular cuff.as for your resting heart rate of 120, your probably having some anxiety do to the test (not at all uncommon ive been told ) .

You should buy a BP meter yourself. You can check your BP as many times as you want. Never take your BP shortly after drinking coffee or thee or even coke. Drop your proteine intake (for the time being). Drink lots of water. Don't eat meat, if you can, eat fish. If it was me and I had the PGF2 (I am still waiting for my order to arrive), I would use the PGF2 and drop the roids.

OZ,
I also think you should get your pressure and such in order, maybe use the pgf2. Hopefully by this time you may be in better financial shape and able to pick up some more gear. No sense going half assed. If I remember correctly you were trying to slim down a little bit first anyway, so it's not that big of a deal.I realize it's hard to sit put while your holding but i think you'll be happier in the end.

Ozzy...you don't want to end up like me. Take care of your blood pressure, and then start your cycle. I'm ending week 3 of my cycle tomorrow, and my BP is incredibly high. The sust is just now starting to kick in, and I'm adding EQ next week. The last thing I need to deal with is BP.....I should be able to focus on growth!!

My BP gets up there when on a cycle too....it freaks me out, then gets even higher from worrying about it....to me it's not worth it....it's nice to get gains, but not if high BP is the price.

you all need to watch your sodium intake while on cycle- this can dramatically help with increases in BP.
if you eliminate stimulants ECA, CLEN, caffeine- this can also help

OZZY
tren and win
should not increase you BP as much as the aromatics- still you need to watch your sodium intake and increase pottasium and magnesium.
BE CAREFUL- both of those are short acting so if you run into problems they are easy to discontinue.
Peace

if you got you blood pressure examined by the machine at the supermarket pharmacy then dont worry, those things are made for people with 13 inch arms! but your pulse is still sky high, and i dont think the cuff size has anything to do with that, so id be worried about that more than the BP

I concur with above comments and add that I have found good success with a combination of 10% solution of Potassium Acetate,Potassium Gluconate, Potassium Phosphate (all 3 potassium's equally mixed)

A lab in florida sends these to me pre-mixed as a dry powder and I dump the contents into a one-quart bottle of distilled water.

Last time I paid around $15 for one and the amount lasts for about 3-4 weeks. One tsp = 150 mg of potassium so I add 3-4 tsp to drinks through the day. Keeps my BP low.

Get ahold of your former employer and ask if the insurance runs until the end of the month. Most of the time it is paid in advance for the whole month and they can't cancel in the middle because the ins co won't do refunds like that. Then get everything done. I'm almost positive an ins co will take care of you after you're gone because you were theirs when you got ill. If not...make someone else die(oh yeah, it'll be your last chance to ask that doc for a juice script, to.)
