just a few questions on CLEN??? How would you use clen, how much and for how long... i'm 170lbs @ 14% bf and want to bring it down.

Also i heard that using clen you only lose 5-9 pounds and after that it doesnt really work... is that true.... hope not!

start off by taking one tab a day. Increase by one every day untill you get the shakes. I stopped there, but most people back off 1 tab. Use it for two weeks on, one week off. Use an ECA stack on your weeks off. If you have a good diet, and a good cardio routine, I think you could lose more than ten lbs.

I agree with Studcj's advice on dosage.

I have done this before and lost a considerable amount of bodyfat, but I had a super clean diet and was a cardio freak(not by choice, had to lean up for competition)!

*The key is DIET and CARDIO, the rest will follow with clen!!!(just some advice)
