![]() ![]() ![]() Hey everyone,..I am new here, but I figure someone could help me out@ I have been on this program called "30 DAYS OF HELL" for the last 3 weeks or so! It involves extreemly high reps and little rest between sets! From 30 seconds rest to 5 seconds rest! I decided to throw a few mor 45's on tonight and hit it heavy again, but it is like I lost all my power! I thought that this program was gunna help, but tonight I felt as if I was a little teenager again. Stuff I put up 10-15 times Tonight I got up 3-4 and struggled! SOMEONE HELP!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 30 days of hell is ment to tear the body down, 3 weeks in mean you are at teh end, so you body should be getting tired, after teh 30 days of hell, take a week or two really light then hit your old weights, should be stronger then you were... big-guy IP: Logged |

The program that i have been following says just what you say, it just scared the hell out of me that I was so powerless tonight! So give it another week? I guess it is just a week! What the hell.
