This summer I will have an Mrp w/ 26g of protein, 40g of carbs, and 6g of fat. I will also have a supplement w/ just protein. The question is if I am trying to cut(using a lowcarb diet), shud I use the Mrp pre-workout, post-workout, or not at all. Should the just protein drink be before or after workout? Keep in mind that my workout includes football training and lifting in one, so I will be fully fatigued at the end. Even though I am trying to cut carbs, I believe the Mrp will work better at post-workout cuz of the carbs to restore glycogen levels. I think this is a good question, could someone help me out here?

Fair question. The MRP would be a good addition to your normal diet. If you make the mistake and cut out too many carbs, your performance will suffer. I'll assume that you're trim (low BF%) If you're carb depleted prior to training, once your existing glyco levels are empty, you will use muscle for energy. I would add in the prot shakes about 2 hrs before training and then a carb drink right before. After your workout and practice, add the MRP WITH a scoop of the protein. Make any sense ?

Yeah, I would use it right after you work out. Your glycogen stores are low and need refueling.
