![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm currently doing a cycle of sus and dbol. I'm in my 6th week and I have been doing the dbol for a week now at 30mg a day. I have gained about 30 pounds so far. My question is, how hard do I need to work my abs and how many times a week? I'm getting roid gut and can't stand it. Also, should I just wait until after my cycle is complete to do my ECA stack to lose the fat and then maybe define my abs? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Just a note about defeniton in the abs: For the averaged male to see defenition in the abs he must lower his bodyfat below 10 %...Im not sure where your at, but I imagine that after some ECA and good dieting after your cycle you will have a better chance at getting what your looking for....hope this helps.. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey bro go to low carbs and stop the weight gainer it's loaded to the gills with carbs, I'm 5'4" started out at 127 and hit 140 last cycle, high protein low carbs went from 15% BF to 8% BF, sus 500 mg a week 200mg deca, should have upped the deca, but I didn't want deca dick, oh well we learn by doing..Hope that helps bro. Next cycle is nine weeks of primoteston 250 @ 750 mg a week then 300 mg of Ultragan 100 for three weeks while finishing up the primo, then three weeks or more of clomid 100 mg a day for week one then 50 mg a day till I runout. should hit 160 plus, then I'm going to get ripped and lean out again...want to hit 7% BF when finally done.. later. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() as 2thick said its water retention the main culpret will be the dbol when i take dbol my gut swells up like fuck i got from 35in wasit to about 38 thats life on juice m8 anyway you must eat to enough calories to gain you cannot be frightend of getting fat if your a body builder cut up in the summer and mass up winter i often gain an extra 3 stone in winter and diet it off for summer. Clean up you diet and increase water intake to the point you think your going to die to reverse you aldosterone levels and you'll notice some definition change from less water retention.
