I talked to some guys on the board today and they all said it was all right to eat liquid D-bal. So I went down to the pharmacy and bought oo empty gel caps. Each cap almost holds 1cc. The pharmacist said they shouldn' t leak as long as the solution is oil based and not water based. This will save my ass a lot of holes  IP: Logged |

For ref-b use vitamin E gelcaps. Make a hole on one side and squeeze the vit-E out. Use the same hole and inject the ref-b. I made my batch in the morning and stored it in a pill box and popped them as needed. IP: Logged |
