I READ IN A MUSCLE MAGAZINE THAT THOSE ADVERTISEMENT FOR 5LBS OF WHEY PROTEIN ARE MOSTLY GARBAGE AND THAT 2LBS OF WHEY LIKE DESIGNER AND NITRO TECH ARE BETTER QUALITY. IS IT TRUE THAT YOU ARE NOT GETTING WHAT YOU PAY FOR WHEN YOU ORDER 5LBS OF WHEY AT SOME UNKNOWN PROTEIN COMPANY, VERSUS SOMETHING LIKE NITRO TECH? SO I GUESS PROTEIN FACTORY IS GARBAGE? IP: Logged |

I would think that is bullshit as long as the company is reputable. I mean if i have 2 lbs of weed and then 5 lbs of weed the 5 lbs is still weed, just more. That really doenst make any sense to me at all. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I don't think the stuff in bulk is as good of quality as Designer. I'm sure somewhere there is some but if you can get Designer for under $20 why not? There is no doubt a lot of crap out there that calls itself Whey IP: Logged |

First off, Moe your signiture cracks me up everytime I see it. Secondly, that stuff is true ONLY TO A POINT. You have to compare apples to apples. For ex. with Whey Protein Concentrate maybe 80-85% (depending on the quality) of the total volume is going to be pure protein. The other stuff is most likely shit, unless it says that they enhance it with creatine, glutamine, etc. If you for one second, believe that 2lbs of NitroTech is better than 5lbs of a similar protein blend then just send me all your money b/c you have brain damage and can't be trusted. Just order from the protein factory. You can get exactly what you want like 97% pure protein if that's what you desire. And it's cheaper and delivered to your door. Buy the Nitro if you want to spend your money on their marketing efforts. As long as you go with a well-known company, 5 lbs of whey will always be better than 2 lbs. It kills me how they do a "Special Report" in their magazines, a 5 page spread touting their product so innocently disguised a "report", then hit you with the where's and how's to obtain their bullshit product at the end. Do they honestly think we are stupid?!! Also, while I'm on a rant, Kovac and all these pro, juiced-to-the-gills bodybuilders-Flex Wheeler included, promoting products you know damn well they don't use, that could never make anyone look like they look, really pisses me off. It almost insults my intelligence to think they believe I think their bullshit product, and not pure, wholesome gear has made their pro endorsee's freaky big and cut. Give me a fucking break. I disagree with there not being any differences in protein. I just stick with Designer. Next Proteins is the shit. They dont screw around with a whole slew of bullshit supplements like almost all other companies. They make kick ass, quality protein and also Ultimate Orange. The industry isnt regulated, so I could fill up a jar 5 lb jar with fucking flour and say it is ultra micro filtered ion enhanced jerk off protein and sell it cheaper than Designer. And a bunch of idiots would buy it. When it comes to supplements, stick with reputable companies. You dont always have to buy the most expensive, but people who try to save 10 bucks on a rip off product usually end up wasting their money. Now there are a bunch of companies trying to rip off Xenadrine by copying the ingredients. Cytodyne is a quality company. Who the fuck is Natures Purest, or whoever makes that Zenatrope shit.
