![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Im taking ECA three times a day, and I won't sleep a wink if I take it past 2 pm....My advice is take the first one at 6 a.m., second at 10 a.m., and the last one at 2 p.m., works wonders for me...hope this helps.. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() True this combination is stong shit.If you like to take it before you work out like I do then your best to do your workouts in the morning.Dont over do it ephedrine can be very habit forming.I take kava sometimes after I work out,before bed I take Trazodone that was prescribed by my doctor.Its a mild antideppressant that helps promote sleep & calm nerves.If it wasn't for my job I would smoke weed to lessin the effects at the end of the day. ![]() ![]() ![]() My mother-in-law had bad sleep patterns for about two years. My wife is into herbs to cure the world and she gave her some Valerian. She hasn't had any problems for 8 mos. now. It's a restful sleep, too, so give that a try if you want. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() hey bro, I would play with the time you end your last dose. If you must get in 3 doses/day then get up earlier and take it first thing!! You'll have more time for it to run its course and you'll be more tired by the end of the day. Also play with your combinations of ECA. If your liftin in the night then I would suggest cutting our the aspirin and the caffeine and use a higher does of ephedrine. Depending on what time you train.....the duration of ephedrine in you system is is about 3-4hrs. So, if you were to take it about 4:30m to train at 6pm you'll be hiped and ready and in another 2 hrs you'll start to crash. When you take out the caffeine it lowers its stimulating effects greatly and will fall off hard. If you play with it some you'll get great workouts and a burn plenty of cals but you'll start yawning by 9-9:30pm. Lift Hard! IP: Logged |
