![]() ![]() ![]() As long as you dont have any pre existing knee problems, go as deep as possible. So many guys put on a ton of weight and do quarter reps. lighten the load and go all the way down. Partial reps build partial muscles. If your knees start to hurt after a while, you can always go bask to parallel squats. IP: Logged |
