Here is my input. This is by far the most informative bodybuilding site on the web. I have been in the "game" many years and in the past year have learned more here than in the previous ten. As far as your question of knowlage on here, if you have to ask that you must be fairly new to all of this. It is true that there are many replies that are totally stupid and unresearched, but the good overwhelmingly out weighs the bad. I do, since i've been on this board i've learned more,than i could learn around the gym & other places in years.As far as the info on gear being correct goes,if someone puts up a wrong or stupid response they will get burned by all the pros who really know they're shit. IP: Logged |
