Now that I know I over dieted and placed 2nd and this show is only 12 days away and I am filling back up I will do the South Texas. Since it already cost me a relationship might as well go at it again and get me as 1st place trophy. Thanks to Mrs Guns for sharing the mirror space at the gym so we could tell if I can maintain my low bodyfat and leaness while filling out to hit this show maybe 12 pounds heavier. IP: Logged |

Hey bro, I have some pics that I took at the show. Rather than post them, e-mail me and I will send them to you and let you decide which ones that you want to post. Also, I think that your decision to do the South Texas is probably not a bad idea, considering that as hard as you were, you can eat carbs for a few days, put on some weight and still come in shredded as you did for the last show. hey by the way thanks for your suppourt i failed to mention that in my posting. it was greatly appreciated. yes e mail me the pictures they will also post at www.biceps.cc on Thursday. As far as the guns ms guns was talking to mr guns and sounds like there maybe a road there maybe a trip to s.a but i will wait until the week of the show to make sure i look the way i want to look. Just to let ya'll know, he looked great in they gym. His face is filling out and he is putting on some size too. Look what a little food will do!!!! He's looking very healthy, not moments away from death like before. Yes, we are going to try and go to San Antonio, so let's all load up and head down there!!!!!!!!!!
