I came off a 10 week cycle about 6 weeks ago, during the last 6 weeks i had to go on a road trip for work. So i couldn't work out, because we were working about 15 hrs a day. We ate out every day and night, i tried to eat healthy but i couldn't keep it up for 6 weeks. I had plans to go on another cycle when i came back, and i just found out that my supplier moved to another province somewhere.I now havbe no one to turn to. I lost about 15 lbs of muscle and gained about 10lbs of fat. I'am going crazy. I went to the gym today for the first time since the road trip and I felt like shit, the worst workout in a long time!! My strength was way down and i just felt so small. Now i don;t know what to do. I lost alot of muscle and strength and got fat!

if i was you i'd look at it just like i'd
been off a year or so.....
tell yourself " hey i'm gonna be weaker and smaller but in a month i'll be right back on
track '
otherwise you'll go crazy. i'd also tell everyone i knew there what happened, it will
take some stress off about what people are
thinking about you and they will know where
you are coming from bro, everyone goes through a period where they aren't able to
workout or eat the way the want, it just takes time, patience and some effort.

good luck!

Most of us have been through this kind of thing before, think of the positive side, once you get back on track, you will be able to make a much more dramatic improvement now that you've hit rock bottom. I've been on the getting back on track phase for the last month and I'll tell you, the first week is worst but after that you make improvements in strength almost every workout. I've really slacked this past year, lost about 10lbs of muscle and gained 20lbs of fat. I'm using clen for now while cutting up and once I've lost some fat and plateaued on my training I'll be doing another cycle. By the end of that cycle I'll be a new man, can't wait. THis board has been a great source of motivation for me, it really makes me wanna train and get back on a cycle when I'm ready.
Good luck!
