took 2nd over dieted but will be at the South Texas to claim my prize. Green trunks for the pm show black in the am. results to appear at www.biceps.cc on the 18th. Got to have my trophy presented by ronnie coleman was great. Did you compete? how did ya do? which class? IP: Logged |

NO bro, just went to watch. you looked real good!I knew that was you in the green.Are you still on your diet?!hope you didnt cheat to bad SAT. Nite I know it is impossible not to eat something. When i had back to back shows that nite i ate biscuits with a ton of gravy and Cap't N crunch cereal near the whole box! weird huh!good luck to you this SAT......SAMM IP: Logged |

Samm, we were there with Flexed1 and we took him to eat. He decided to splurge with chicken fried steak, but didn't finish it. He still has no appetite, but we are trying to shove food down his throat anyway. Since he has started eating, he has really filled out and will take 1st in San Antonio no doubt!!!!
