In reference to the question of how it tastes. It mixes very thin so it goes down easier. I got sick of the thicker shakes. It says you can just stir it with a spoon but I find that it will still clump up. I use a tumbler with a lid and shake well. IP: Logged |

to me this is the best tasting and performing stuff out there. i buy an 8.8 # tub for $67.95 maybe its cheaper somewhere else but to me the results are worth the extra cost and in my opinion the most underated protein or meal replacement shake out there and i have tried most of them IP: Logged |

Let me check on the tub for you. I may have been mistaken on the weight, but I know it was a big ass tub. It resembled one of those white buckets that pickels comes in, but half the size. My store used to carry them, but she sold the store and now all they carry is their line of stuff. As for the taste, it is not as thick as most, since it is mainly whey. It mixes nicely with water without a blender. I have not tried it with anything else though. IP: Logged |

thanks for the info fellas. as far as taste goes, i havent found one better. you dont need to carry a blender everywhere you go either. it will mix up fine with a fork. no lumps! my favorite mix is: a cup and a half of cran-rasberry juice,one isopure packet, 10 ice cubes or so and a yogurt. give it a try.
