![]() ![]() ![]() u may want to take clomid eod throughout. do a search on deca dick and youll find out why. ur cals and protein look good, as do ur dosages of deca and sus. like i said, the only thing i would reconsider is taking clomid eod throughout at 50mg eod and then for one week after the cycle ends take 100mg ed and for another week take 50mg ed. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() damn! someone finally sees the need for protein. YIPPEE!! I know u VETS do, but for a new guy, that just needs to be commended. Now,I would try, if u can, to add the SUST for at least 8 wks, 10 if u have the $$ One way to help this is buy starting wk1- at 250, especially if this is ur first cycle ever. you will be nervous as all get out. 500 a wk looks good, i did 500 per wk for 10 wks and wished i had gone higher, but hey. try to add another 3 wks of sust to give u 8 wks, AT LEAST. which, if u do the 1st wk at 250, all u need is to get ur hands on another 1250. I like the deca, but think u should start it the same time as the SUST. Deca takes(took me about 6 wks)about 4-6 wks to really start kicking in. 400 straight through looks good. clomid, to be honest, i have used both deca and sust. and didnt need it. sust. is self-tappering so u dont need it, but its up to you. i know alot agree with me on this, but I also know guys that take clomid year round, so go figure. as for deca, if u taper it a bit, you won't need clomid either. its not a strong AS like straight T200 or T50 is. so you should be fine there. and if ur worried about deca dick, stacking it with SUST. will keep that from happening. But, if u have all that already, use it if u want. Dont worry about your caloric intake if your trying to gain size. Worry about your protein consumption. And it looks good!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Overkill! There is no way you need anywhere close to that amount of caloric intake and 320 grams get real! If you like your kidneys treat them right, this is beyond their capability and you will likey induced severe ph imbalances. Begin with your lean body weight and aim at 1.5 grams per lean body mass and 800-1000 calories above you daily should be ample. More is better is a philosophy which creates imbalances and when your body moves to create homestasis a civil war will ensue. Try to approach excess without being obsessive. IP: Logged |
