Guys,

There is a lot of talk about the harm that certain steroids will do to your liver. My question is how do you know if your liver is in trouble short of getting blood work done?
I know that when you kidneys are under pressure that they ache leaving you with an aching lower back.

Surely I don't wait till it trys to scratch it's way out of my body....Ha Ha

Why wait until it's hurt to start helping it??? Take preventative measures.

When taking any kind of gear you need to constantly be drinking water to flush out your liver i'm talking 3-4 gallons a day! Put a bed pan next to your bed man .

Just keep doing what you have been. The best (only)way to keep an eye on your liver is to have frequent blood checks. Probably the best thing to check is the ALT level in your blood tests. As long as it is in the normal range there's no problem. It may rise somewhat while you are on but should then come back to normal. If you are actually feeling it you have let it go too far.

Have your enzyme levels monitored! An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Although relatively rare hepatic lesions have been associated with orals, persue periodic liver function tests. Be smarter and live healthy!

Is this true that when on a cycle and your kidneys ache, they cause you lower back problems. Fuck! Ive had low back probs last two cycles, for most of the cycle. I thought I pulled it doing deads or something and it wouldnt go away. But do liver protectors protect the kidneys in the same way? Or does ample water guarantee no kidney, therefore low back pain?
This is really important to me, cuz this pain is REALLY a pain. When Im off cycle, im always fine. A few weeks in to one my back hurts, it sucks. How does one cure this for sure?
