when you go on a diet your body adjusts by slowing down your metabolism. You become tired and sleepy. anyone know if steroids have the opposite effect. whereas on a diet you are losing weight so fast that your metabolism slows down. on steroids you grow so fast that your metabolism speeds up to compensate? if this is true, is this responsible at least partially for the irritibality, insomnia, excess energy that some people feel while on steroids? a faster metabolism making it hard to slow down. because some of the side effects of steroids are similiar to the side effects of meth. not all of them, but it could be because both increase your bodies metabolism. at least i assume steroids increase your bodies metabolism. you are gaining 1 lb every 2-3 days usually. if you are a beginner.
