Can you guys set me up with your most effective workout routines? My normal routine just centers around heavy weights and low reps on bench/deadlifts/squats, and one exercise for bi/tri/shoulders. What should I be doing while on the juice? IP: Logged |

this workout also revolves around heavy weights and low reps but it is muy bueno. pick up the flex mag with jay cutler on the cover. dennis james has a sick mass building routine as well as cutlers quad workout and ernie's tri. deal. IP: Logged |
