Can you guys set me up with your most effective workout routines? My normal routine just centers around heavy weights and low reps on bench/deadlifts/squats, and one exercise for bi/tri/shoulders. What should I be doing while on the juice?

this workout also revolves around heavy weights and low reps but it is muy bueno.
pick up the flex mag with jay cutler on the cover. dennis james has a sick mass building routine as well as cutlers quad workout and ernie's tri. deal.
