Hey bros!

How many of you are over 6ft tall and 250lbs or more? How many calories a day do you consume?

I'm 5'11" at 230lbs. I got to 255 2 years ago but with that came too much fat. I was powerful as hell though. My wife didn't like the look of it however. Currently 230lbs and eating a very boring and clean3500 cal a day. peace.

I am right at 6' tall...262 and growing daily. Currently on a cycle......so I consume about 6550 calories per day (25 times my weight). I've been sticking to 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat. This seems to work well for me.

How in the fuck are you able to consume that man calories? I'm currently taking 4500-5000 and I'm bloated all fucking day. What gear are you on? The rate you're moving at you're going to be a fucking monster!!!!

That's a lot of calories!!! I use to eat that much once with the help of WeightGainer 3600. 230lbs and bloated with sust.250

I'm 6'7" but not quite 250lbs...yet. I only go about 215 but when I'm bulking I normally strive for 6000+ cals/day. Some of us "hardgainers" with super fast metabolisms need that much to gain anything!!!

I hear you bros

The only way I can eat as much as I do is because of the weight gainer products. I know as my weight increases I too, will be in the 6000+ calories a day.

i am 6 250 and when i was on cycle i was about 270, i consumed about 7000 to 8000 a day depending on if it was a training or rest day

now i am trying to loose size because of summer jobs that require i dont look like a roid freak

im 6'6" 245 pounds and eat pretty helathy no fast food and shit and i stay pretty slim. but i don't count my calories just eat until i feel good 4-5 times a day

5'11", 253lbs and fat as hell! nah i am carrying a 6pack - well more like a case! i have cleaned up my diet though. never cycled yet - i eat according to the anabolic diet.

right now i'm 255 at 6'2
i have to eat a lot to gain weight, so on my current cycle i'm putting down 6000 calories per day - about 500 grams of protein, 175 fats and the rest carbs
wanna know the secret to getting it all down?

6'2 and currently 238...237...239 (changes every time I lean over to type on my keyboard)..... Was 255 a/b 7 weeks ago, trying not to eat lots.

i am 6'1 245-250 with around 10-11% bodyfat i take in around 3000-3500 calories a day take in around 250-300grams of protein eat 5-6 times a day at least 40-50 grams of protein at a sitting but eat no fast food only lean food try and and keep my fat intake down to 15% or so in the winter up my calories a little and fat intake a little works great for me.

I know Ill get shit for this but heres the truth:

Im 5'8" and in the winter Ill bulk up on as much as 7000 cals per day. Yes, I know. That seems like an aweful lot.

I eat every two hour when Im on juice. That means during the night I wake up every two hours, eat, then go back to bed. I get at least seven meals during the day and at least three during the night.

I stay below 15% fat, but Ill look like a water balloon.
