Here is my next cycle I am trying to put on some size and strength so let me know what you think.

Your cycle will end up much better if you keep the Sus the way it is. You will keep more of your gains and will not have to use insane dosages for your next cycle.

It looks well planned out.

You will see some good gains from this cycle.

Thanks bros I have spent a lot of time researching to find a good well planned cycle and this is what I came up with so I will keep you posted on my gains.

my last cycle was my first real cycle I have done deca alone and ref-b alone but I have not been very happy with the results so I have started to research my cycles first and really think about what I want to gain and what I need to do it. My last cycle was pretty good I gained about 20lbs and kept about 15lbs. It was.

week1 1.5cc a day 300mg

week5 " *********** "
week6 " *********** "
week7 " ********** 200mg
week8 " ********** 200mg
I took clomid 50mg eod and 50mg a day for 2weeks after.
