I am trying to loose body fat. I am currently taking clen. It is working pretty well, but I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions on what else I could take. Need to loose about 10 to 15 lbs. Thanks.

Try a high protein diet while cutting your carbo and saturated fat intake.

Do cardio 3-4 times per week at medium intensity for 20-30 minutes.

Also, do high reps (16-20) for most of your exercises in the gym.

Avoid carbos after 6PM and eat many small meals during the day instead of a few big ones.

2Thick, excellent suggestion. I dissagree with only one point. Maybe it's personal preference but I train heavy when dieting. I only do two heavy sets per excercise. One warm up of say 10 reps light weight. I find it helps keep my muscles fuller. I DONT train to get sore because caloric intake is insuficient to build. Good luck.

I'm doing a low low carb diet and cardio about 5 times a week at 40min per session.
Hydroxycut is good 3 times a day with a high protein diet. So far so good. I'll keep you posted...

First off clen is drug which you quickly develope an immunity towards two weeks you will begin experiencing a ceiling effect. Calorie fluctuation to keep your metabolism guessing, two weeks up two weeks down. lift heavy and do your cardio, measure progrees daily either by caliper or measurement of waist. Must understand that it is something that takes time and continued dedication. So suffer you bastard!
