![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have 2 10cc bottles of t-200 i am taking that and nothing else. I dont want to get huge because i am already stout, but i want strength is doing cardio going to allow me to gain strength? Should i do short sessions with high intensity or long low intensity? I would like to get cut up! I am about 15-18 % body fat. 5'8" 167lbs i use to be 155lbs. I have gotten a little strength what should i do? IP: Logged |
