Ok,
My man is having a problem... After a thigh injection of winny, he is having serious thigh pain (kinda normal), but the injection site is purpley/blue and swollen...If he had hit a vein wouldn't it just have bled and thats it? He is in serious pain...someone help!

Both myself and a friend of mine have experienced some of what you are describing. My buddy seemed to get it a little worse. He would inject winny and the next day have a big purple bruise, almost like someone beaned him in the side of the thigh with a golf ball. I didn't bruise as badly, but sometimes experienced some significant soreness and tightness in the area. The bruising obviously means there is bleeding under the skin, but it doesn't necessarily mean he actually injected into a vein. He probably hit one on the way through, but I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just have him ice it down. How bad is his pain?

Very bad pain, he can barely walk and he describes like a burning sensation.

if he can hardly walk, and its burning, then do this, feel if the spot is warm, if it is put an icecube on it for 5 sec and see if it gets warm again fast, if it does then see how "hard" you can touch it with a finger, if you cant do it hard, then you might want to consult a doctor, i hed this once (due to an operation and not an injestion) and this was how the doctor wisiting me tested if it was bad (he didnt have his gear with him), so i would try that, if its not "to bad" during these small tests then i would wait and see what happens to morrow.

Thanks Bluesy, he was making me put my cold feet on it last night..hehe...but i know that you can't put any pressure on it b/c his cat walked across his thigh this morning and he like threw her across the room and he was screaming so hes in alot of pain...I don't know if he should go to the doc...all hes gonna say is stop juicing...

If it does not get better in a couple days then go to a doctor and tell him it you were injecting b-12 shots.

You may have injected through or near a nerve.

It sounds semi-serious so I would take care of it if it doesn't get better in a couple days.

well i must admit i would see the doc, but thats my opinion, the reason that i had that kinfdof feeling is because they didnt close and vein good enough, and that made it happen, but it wasnt any worse than the gave me something to relax on, and i had to stay home in bed, so it could heal.
