last night my roomate had a party and the cops came and busted them for drinkig and saw a loaded syringe on my desk (which I thought I hid) with sesame seed oil in it because i was cooking fina. They then found tons of implants, the mixture, the syringes, and a folder of as information and they took it all! They said i would be fined and not to leave or go anywhere. Can I get kicked out of college fior this? Can I get charged? IP: Logged |

I don't think that they can legally do too much too you....shit, I bet those cops may have taken them for themselves. If they report it to the dean, you will probably be kicked out. If they do not, one of three things.... They are good cops who understand the severity of the crime, They stole the shit for themselves, you will just get fined. From what I understand, Fina is legal to purchase and to have, but it is illegal for human use... I'm not too sure what exactly that means, but I really don't think they can do something to you, unless they find it in your blood stream... Good Luck. Pubert IP: Logged |

BOTTOM LINE BRO THEY TOOK IT BECAUSE THEY CAN, IF THEY FIND ANY DRUGS IN YOUR ROOM THEY CAN TAKE THEM AND ANYTHING THAT CAN BE LINKED TO THEM, SUCH AS MONEY, CASH..ETC. First of all where do u live?? Second do u live on campus? Because if you do then regular police cant come into your room without a campus official or campus police with them.. I am curently in a police academy and know that if they didnt pinch you that night then they can send u a criminal complaint.. If your state says that it is illegal to possess a hypo. syringe then u may be introuble. in some states it is illegal to possess a hypo. without a prescription. They also cant kick u out of school because u get in trouble with the police if you dont live on campus, it happenes all of the time but if u live on campus that is a different story, they say that they have the right to expel you for violation of drug laws. It all depends on wether or not they criminal complaint you. There is no and I repeat NO fines on possession of controlled substances that they can give you, that is up to the court.. to be on the safe side go and talk to a lawyer and thell them your story.. Most will give you a free consultation.. But dont sweat it just yet. They could have pinched you right away... Hope this helps.. IP: Logged |

First, it is legal to have hypo's, I bought these at a CVS down the street. Second, I live in the dorm and they brought an RA in with them. Third, i talked to a judicial official today and he said that the judiciary policy at my school can throw you out or bust you regardless if you live on campus or not! This is true because I looked into and then signed a petition to end it! I talked to a lawyer and he looked at me like I was satan and had no idea what fina was, or tren, or anything, he thought it was prescription painkillers. The cops and the school still haven't called me though and they said they would today. IP: Logged |

To Griff, no disrespect but law enforcement should walk the walk and be squeeky clean, if I had my way you would drug tested three times a week each and every one of you, for roids and every other illegal drug, and then drummed out if you fail even once,and sent to jail, after all that's what you would do to us, and whats good for the goose is good for the gander. Tough crap but that's how I feel, too many dirty cops already here in SoCal...Too bad so sad if I pissed you off. i doubt you'll get thrown out of school. if it does come to that (and it won't) get an attorney. you'll go up in front of the school board. (that is if you have your heart set on going there) i was gonna be thrown out of school one year for inciteing a riot. but they couldn't because it wasn't school related. so what they did is throw me off the hockey team. and that was the only reason i went to that school. the athletic director said i gave the school a bad name. (keep in mind this is the same year it was ranked as one of the top 10 party schools by playboy). so i ended up leaveing anyway. and remember, it's for a cow not a dog or anything else. it's only leagal for cattle. You can't judge someone just because they are a police officer, but you can judge their actions. To any Police officer out there ---THE US IS THE DRUG DEALER OF THE WORLD, MOST OF THE ILLEGAL DRUGS IN CANADA, ALASKA, GREAT BRITAIN, are coming out of the US. The corrupted Drug Czars and political officials are selling it. Columbia, Spain, are just warehouses for the cartel. THE US IS THE RETAILER, AND THEY KNOW IT. Thats a fact JACK! If you don't want to believe it, than just look at the statistics. It's not too hard to see. As long as the court system is flooded with the nobodies to keep the circle going, the business will continue and get worse. That is exactly what the US DEA is being ordered to do. GO DOWN THE LADDER & NEVER UP. Unfortuantely the majority of American people are just too ignorant to care. I WOULD HAVE MORE RESPECT FOR THE DEA IN THE US IF SOMETHING WAS GETTING DONE, but after Clinton was forced to replace the drug Czar to Mexico because he was caught dealing drugs,who Clinton had also had claimed to be a very close, respectable friend, there is no way I will ever believe any statistics or results the US claims to have accomplished. Especially knowing that they had the political power to keep the press from going on a rampage with it. I think the DEA is no better than how HITLER and the SS interrigated criminals in 1941 to a degree. -Dam, can't stop ranting about this shit. My cousin just got robbed by cops. They cleaned him out because the dude in the car had a joint. I think it'll be too much work for them to prove what it is in the syringe. My roomie is a drunk. druggie pussy who was too wasted to know what was going on. I still haven't heard from the cops, there's probably some cop walking around all veiny and hard from MY fina, but i did get my judicial referal today. Wish me luck bros.
