Again, sorry about my "source" post earlier. I have another question. First I will tell you my situation.

In March of 1998 I was in a car accident that did some serious damage to my hip. I had teacup fractures in many locations. My left socket was split in to a few pieces, my pubic bone was separated about 3 inches apart, my lower spine bone came partially separated from my pelvis and the 2 circular bones that you sit on both cracked in half with about a 1 inch gap between both. My leg was separated from my hip too.

I was in the hospital for 3 weeks and a nursing home for rehab for 3 weeks. In the hospital I had 2 separate 6 hour long surgeries to repair my hip and pelvis. I am now the proud owner of 5 metal plates.

You'd be amazed by how I look now. I walk normal and only have a limp on certain bad days.

Here is my dilemma. My hip is still not up to strength enough to do any sort of major exercising. I used to be a runner in pretty good shape. I wasn't big, but I was hard. My doctor will not prescribe a steroid for me. If I give the muscles in my hip a jump-start, I can become more active. This will have a compound effect because the more active I will be able to become, the better and more strenuous my exercising can be.

I have been doing allot of reading about different steroids. I also found an online european mail-order pharmacy that is pretty popular (that's all I can say). Here are my questions.

1. Would prohormones be enough to get me back into the groove of things?
2. If I take a prohormone, should I still take an anti-estrogen?
3. Is there a good, cheap, non-injectable steroid that you would recommend (hate needles).

Here are a couple options that I am considering. Keep in mind, I'm not looking for size.

1. Take a stack of Androstenedione (for testosterone), DHEA, and NorAndrostenedione (for nandrolone). In conjunction, take Proviron as an anti-estrogen and also for it's ability to provide a feeling of well being, vigor and sone qualities of youth.

2. Take Andriol at lower doses than a bodybuilder might require. In conjunction, take Proviron as an anti-estrogen and also for it's ability to provide a feeling of well being, vigor and sone qualities of youth.

My reasons for considering the first option is because it's cheaper and might be all that I need. My reason for the second option is because of the safety of the product and it's ease on the system.

Any constructive comments would be appreciated.

Deca durabolin is considered a good steroid for joints because it lubricates them with extra fluid. For Rebuilding soft tissiue damge I would say HGH is the best its expensive and takes 4-6 months before it really kicks in. Dont be afraid of needles, I did my first shot 11 days ago I couldnt believe how easy and painless it was.

shitty injury you had to deal with. glad u made it through. as far as prohormones, dont deal with them. they are just a large amount of marketing hype. and i understand ur feelings about needles, but if u are never going to stick, forget taking roids. i dont mean to be harsh, but u cant survive on cycle after cycle of oral steroids. ur choices for orals are a50, dbol, anavar, winny tabs and injectable (yes, u can drink it), reforvit B, primo tabs, halotestin, andriol, cheque drops, etc. out of all of those, anavar is the safest. if ur not looking for size, anavar can help u out, but dont expect too much since u dont seem to want to stack with anything harsh.

I was fucked bad in a M.V.A as well, and have
a lot of fractures and tissue damage. Remember if your hip is that week now steriods due help the bones in the short term
but may hurt you in the long run, down the
road with Osteo-arthritis.

Gobler, I don't think I am going to get over my needle fear. When I was in the hospital and the nursing home I received
a blood thiner by injection twice a day for 6 weeks. Every time I felt light headed and dreaded it. I am a smart person and would like to be able to do it, but I can't seem to get over the VERY STRONG dislike of needles.

Quadzilla43, I have had a hard time finding Anavar, which is why I am considering Andriol. And from what I have read, Andirol is still very safe.

Jim Layhoe, I am not worrying about my bones. They have healed wonderfully
and I have no bone pain. It is mostly tendon and muscle weakness that I am dealing with.

I understand that Prohormones are not as effective. However, I am not looking for the same kinds of results that most of you are looking for. From what I have read, I can elevate my testosterone, add some nandrolone and boost my energy with the prohormones I listed. I know that I will not get size gains or pack on the pounds with these. My only hopes for them is that they will give me a boost in energy, vigor and the ability to exercise harder.

What I am hoping is that with either of the mentioned methods I stated above that I can increase my activity levels and speed up muscular endurance. I am hoping that after I am in better shape, that I would then be able to exercise at a higher level then previousely without the use of seroids. I want this because I am unable to do much of anything at an aerobic level.

So here is another question. Assuming that prohormones will do nothing for me, will my second method with the steroid and the mild anti-estrogen give me any kind of a boost in muscle development and boost in vigor?

Also, I came to this board because I can think of no other group as knowledgeable about suplements and steriods than this group. I thank you all very much. I would like you to keep in mind that I am not looking to become a larger more muscle bound person. I supose a little size increase wouldn't hurt, but that's not my goal. I simply want my left hip muscles to become equaly as strong as my right ones so I can lead a physically active life. My bod is way too soft and I have a have a hard time exercising. I need to do something.

Thanks everyone

BUMP
