Guys, I just wanted to let everyone know to get their sleep!! I have underestimated it until now. With my schedule I have to get up at 5 and lift before school and then play sports during the day and up doing homework until at least midnight every night. It was fine for a while but it has caught up with me and now I am sick as hell. Sore throat, fever, shakes and everything else. Neck even hurts from squats I'm guessin. The biggest kick in the balls??? I never get sick and today it's my birthday and I'm sick as hell!! What a great way to ruin everything. So I'm not taking sleep for granted anymore. Just remember that rest and diet will make up about 80% of your gains during a cycle. If you don't believe me then try to grow on 2000 calories and 5 hours of sleep a day. I promise you that you will not make any gains worth mentioning. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |
