heres a question. is there a limit on how many grams of protein you can effectively take in, in one sitting? like for example lets say you have 2 chicken breasts roughly 50 grams, and a protein shake n milk another 30.... thats 80 grams right there. will you body take in only some of it at once? what i mean is, you can drink a ton of creatine, but youll pass most of it by pissing it out, thats what im kinda getting at. anyone know???? ------------------ IP: Logged |

some people say you cant take more then 30g of protein in a sitting, and others says you can, i belive its more a question onhow your stomach process it, because everyone is different, i for once et at least 50g protein pr sitting. i talked to a doc about it, he said it was some old beliefs and tat some russian and german studies said that there where no limit, as long as you didnt eat so much you had to go straigh to the wc.
