5 competitors in my class & i came in 4th. the 1st 2 were brilliant not the best result ,but my achievement was dropping 45kg in 2 years. i went on stage at 85kg The carbing up did'nt go as planned after dieting for so long my stomach just cramped up. i had the shits 4 times the morning of the show,i had to pop some laxatives friday night to relieve the pain of gut cramps. I was pleased with the result.
going forward i was good enough to be invited to a show in October. When should i start my next course of Gear. This time i can actually do the 1st 10week cycle on 3500 cal to 4000 cal's per day. i have put back on 9kg in 10 days so i will remain this weight now through the summer months, all i need now is a new wardrobe as none of my clothes fit me. What i feel i need is a better muscle hardner closer to the show. The Guys in thr Gym & my entire familly are proud of what i achieved. I have certainly turned a few heads since my dramatic weight loss & had some lovely comments. IP: Logged |

congrads, it dosnt matter how you finish, you had the guts to do it, this is whats important, Ive been training for 10 years and finally did my first show 2 months ago, and a big one at that,MR Peru, I competed at 70kg, finished 5 out of 13 in my class, I thought Id be in the top 3, but due to politics it was not to be...But Im hooked...I have another show in july and then in August....keep going you will win...all the best IP: Logged |
