![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Is coffee bad for a bodybuilder? I don't seem to have any trouble with it, but I heard that it might not be good. No cream and sugar of course. Anyone have any real evidence on the subject. A friend of mine drinks it right up until his shows. I figure that the caffeine has a good fat burning effect. How much is too much? Thanks for the help people IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I use 200mg of caffeine 1 hour before my workouts, but never else use caffeine pills nor drink coffe. I feel that it looses it`s effect when used every day. /Komo IP: Logged |
