DUDE I GET THE SAME THING I JUST FIGURE IT'S MY FORARMS GETTING CUTT UP OR THEIR STARTING TO GROW. JUST LIFT, ANF FORGET ABOUT IT. IF IT'S PAIN,WHERE IT'S UNBEARABLE THEN GET IT CHECKED OUT OF COURSE, BUT OTHER THAN THAT PLAY IT BY EAR IF IT GET'S WORSE GET CHECKED OUT IF IT STAYS THE SAME LIKE IT HAS WITH ME JUST RIDE IT OUT. NOT VERY GOOD ADVISE BUT HOPE IT HELPS YOU.

Could be tendonitis or "tennis elbow". Hard to say, tell us where it hurts and what movements you do when it hurts. I had the same sort of thing, think I got it from doing Larry Scott curls & reverse grip baseball curls.

If it is, you should probly go see a doc for some nsaid's and go easy on 'em.

Hey Bro, I had the same problem. It started with heavy barbell curls. I had to back off from the heavy curls for about 3weeks and go light. Now everything is cool. Now I really pay attention to my form when curling. This is just my experience though....hope it helps.

If it is across the top of the forearm and to the elbow attachment, then it's tennis elbow. Comes from incorrect motion or jerking too much weight in curls, rows or pulldowns. I did it to myself using crappy form and too much weight with an inside grip on barbell curls. Solution: anti- inflammitories, light weights/ high reps, oh, and plenty juice.

It also can be due to an imbalance between your top and bottom forearms, work them evenly.

i had a similiar pain that ran just under the outside bone of my forearm (I hope that makes sense). It got worse from doing curls especially straight barbell curls. To solve it I stayed away from any curl motion, other then hammer curls(didn't effect the problem), for a month. Then, as others have said, after that month reduced my weights and focussed on strict form. I haven't felt a thing since.
