curious what do you think of a 200mg a day for 3-4 weeks cycle of DNP?????

fine
may actually get better results
in the original release (1930's) it was used at low doses for periods of 6months or more
but a think a month is more reasonable and less taxing
but not for you- you are still on seeing yellow spot probation for a while yet

Hey Oz, Macro told me about this cycle and suggested i use it instead of 200mg a day for a week on/off.
I think i sent it to you in a email.

I've been on for three weeks now. I started at 200mg/day and have slowly moved up to 400mg/day. I'm using the powder wet and weighing out each dose on a gunpowder scale.

I seem to have all the signs of it working except for one, I haven't lost any weight! My side effects aren't severe, but evident. Morning body temp is up about 1/2 a degree and I feel sweaty, especially at night when I get drenched. It's been 85 degrees plus here the last few days and they've been a bitch, especially in shirt and tie! The first three days, I really felt it, then the sweating and general "hot" feeling kind of subsided. That's when I increased the dose to 300mmg/day, then later 400. I've been on 400 now for 6 days.

I weigh 190lbs. @ 14-16% fat. I was trying to get to 6-8% before June 1 (that's when I'm planning a cycle). I'm eating around 2300-2500 calories a day, around a 30-40-30 ratio. I cut my workouts to 3x/week (each body part 1x/week), including 30 minutes of cardio each time. Little less energy, but I've had much better workouts and pumps than expected. I also noticed that I'm getting much more sore than usual. I look a little leaner than when I started, but the scale hasen't budged.

MP and others, what am I doing wrong?

dnp makes most people hold water
most people dont see dramatic changes until they come off
but you should be doing cardio every day
go for an 1 hr at low intensity- I personally like moderately fast walking.
