Man, I just finished a six week cycle of sus 250 and deca 500 mg of sus, 200 mg of deca a week, I've leaned down from 15%BF to around 7 or 8% BF, shit if most guys my age knew what six or ten week cycle could do for BF they would all be on the juice,at least once a year..I love it, I'm buffer then I have been in years, lost about a three inch tire off my ab's and people have noticed that I gained and got leaner too. I can hardly wait till the next cycle...in a week or so, been off for a month now, so I think it's time again, blood work up was great after my last cycle. My Dr doesn't know I juice and as long as my blood work up is good I don't think he needs to know, yet..besides I want him to prescribe test depot to me, as I know I'm low cuz I'm 44 now..It's on his list of medically approved medicines, and my insurance will cover it...

What did you do after the cycle to lean up any running, clen, eating style.. etc etc??

Okay bro's here is what I did, cut way down on my carbs, jumped up the living hell out of my protein, 1.5 grams per pound of body wieght. And ate lean, no fat, no KFC, just steak. No fried food. Maybe it's just me, but I think my body likes the above combination. No I didn't do a whole lot of cardio either, I think it's a waste of muscle for me when on cycle. So I do my gains when on and cardio when off. That's all there is to it.Any other questions? My body really likes to pack on the fat on high carbs, drink alot of water when doing high levels of protein, it helps your kidney's deal with the increased load of protein.Oh yeah one other detail, I cut my carbs down to around 20% of my total calories a day. Of course don't drink beer when on as it's nothing but carbs. Plus the liver doesn't need the additional strain when on cycle.
No real secrets, I found this out more or less by accident not by careful research. Some times you just have to try something and stick with it.

I got the same question as ryry.

Did you do all this in six weeks? Did you bulk in those six weeks then cut up afterwards? Or did you do all that in the six weeks? Those are some pretty impressive gains. Later man.

Okay, Heres all I did, 6 weeks of sus 500 mg a week 200mg Deca with it,at the end of 8 weeks I just was a hell of a lot leaner then before, no drugs to cut with, just high protein and low carbs, no ECA, clomid for two weeks at the end of the cycle. That was it. I can't say this works for every one but it sure did for me.No more belly blubber. Neck size went up a full inch to 16 inches.
Put on 13 lbs and dropped down when I went off by about 4 lbs. Next time will be longer
10 weeks for sure.
