![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm on deca now. Get in a LOT of protein. Everyone has recommended 2g per pound of bodyweight. For me, that's around 400g protein a day. Also, keep the calories up there. 4000-6000 cals a day. You will gain a lot of water weight with the dbol. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ryry,you obviously thought wrong.If you look at the thread that your replying to,Rat wants to gain muscle and minimize bodyfat at the same time,so if your asking yourself why am I FAT it's because you don't DIET properly.You can't just eat "Anything you can get your hands on" contraction,your right my carbs do look low there,but there not.I usually have rice with my 5:00pm meal which I forgot to add in that last post,as well I do snack a few times a day,usually bananas and a cliff bar,but thanks for the advice bro it's good advice.Take care. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ok rat, this one might seem strange, but it helped me: week 1, day 1 :warm your arm up with some light trainning then we go for the nuts part, this should be a superset with no rest between exercises:bb curl, pushdowns, db curl, dips, dont know the name(lay �down on a pulldownmachine and work your bis with it), rope pulldown, one arm cabel curl, one arm cabel tricep extension, concentrating curl, kickbacks. now the next day you should be VERY sore, go for 6-8 reps on every exercise and ALWAYS to failure, now all you have to do for 3 weeks is train all other bodyparts than the arms, and use deadlifts, benchpress and squat as your main execises and lift heavy, then go back and do it once more, and see what happens, nw go back to a normal trainning and see if it helped, if they didnt grow then they should start now, at least it worked for me, got great compliments when i did it, but its nuts.
