I have just started my first cycle of deca, my question is.... Whats the best way to eat when doing a cycle of deca stacked with D-Bol. I want size but aslo want to minamize the amount of fat that I put on in the mean time.

well if your on deca it's gonna be protein protein , and mybe some more protein.

i've been told that one should, while on deca try to have around 40g of protein every eating and have as much all day long (allot of watter if you're worried about the kidnies suffering from over-protein)

Thanks man, I'll keep that in mind. What about calories. Should keep them up around 4000 like for other drugs?

I'm on deca now. Get in a LOT of protein. Everyone has recommended 2g per pound of bodyweight. For me, that's around 400g protein a day. Also, keep the calories up there. 4000-6000 cals a day. You will gain a lot of water weight with the dbol.

Oh, and as far as minimizing fat...hmmmm. All I know is try to stay away from the fast food. Maybe someone else has better advice.

I'm also in Deca right.Like you,I want to mininize bodyfat.Just eat lots of protein and eat clean,lots of lean meats.This is a typical day for me,and it's working great.

7:00am MRP (40grms protein)
9:30am 8 egg whites,bowl of oatmeal
12:00pm 8oz chicken breast,potato,brocali
2:30pm can of tuna,bagel
5:00pm 11oz filet mignon,brocali
7:30pm MRP
10:00 10oz Ahi tuna staek,brocali
12:00am MRP

Drink 4-6 litres of water a day.Good luck bro.

gee harleyguy, you must like brocoli alot. i thought when you are loading you should eat anything you can get your hands on. what you have there looks a DIET to me!

Harleyguy gets his carbs from all the snack food he buys at seveneeleven J/K

i have heard of people that gain good without to much carbs, but they wont get the maximum out of the deca :-(

ryry,you obviously thought wrong.If you look at the thread that your replying to,Rat wants to gain muscle and minimize bodyfat at the same time,so if your asking yourself why am I FAT it's because you don't DIET properly.You can't just eat "Anything you can get your hands on"

contraction,your right my carbs do look low there,but there not.I usually have rice with my 5:00pm meal which I forgot to add in that last post,as well I do snack a few times a day,usually bananas and a cliff bar,but thanks for the advice bro it's good advice.Take care.

Thanks guys, I really apreciate the help. Maybe someone can help me.... I can blast the hell out of my arms but they never seem to grow. The rest of body responds very well to my training. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

ok rat, this one might seem strange, but it helped me:
week 1, day 1 :warm your arm up with some light trainning then we go for the nuts part, this should be a superset with no rest between exercises:bb curl, pushdowns, db curl, dips, dont know the name(lay �down on a pulldownmachine and work your bis with it), rope pulldown, one arm cabel curl, one arm cabel tricep extension, concentrating curl, kickbacks.
now the next day you should be VERY sore, go for 6-8 reps on every exercise and ALWAYS to failure, now all you have to do for 3 weeks is train all other bodyparts than the arms, and use deadlifts, benchpress and squat as your main execises and lift heavy, then go back and do it once more, and see what happens, nw go back to a normal trainning and see if it helped, if they didnt grow then they should start now, at least it worked for me, got great compliments when i did it, but its nuts.

i'm on a moderate deca cycle right now and i started out weighing 208, i ate like 450 grams of protein a day and got up to 220 in ten days

Yes, that is the way dude above me. Deca+protein=growth. Keep it up all you decaheads. I just started my yellow tops, still on low carbs though, 3 more weeks I should be where I want to be. I LOVE MY DECA!!!!!!
