Just wondering, cause I read they were good for energy, and good appetite. and by the way what's the dosification is it 1cc every week?? Thanks, Juan. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I always enjoy these b12 posts. I've felt it hasn't gotten the attention it deserves. E2 originally turned me onto the idea of b12 - hadn't really given it any thought before. I don't use the vet stuff, just the 500 mcg/ml vials from the pharmacy. I inject at least 4 times a week now and really like it. I also inject b6 and b1 with lesser frequency. To me, the b6 shot is a real stinger. b12 seems to go into just fine. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() B12 is great and has many many uses in the body, but remember all vitamins work synergystically with each other, if you're lacking in one then the benefits from others will falter. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Does B12 help your body use carbs and proteins as fuel. Would that make you cut up or is it not significant enough? IP: Logged |
