ok here is what i have in mind 1) addresses are not that hard to come buy with a little research 2) we could make up a generic letter and send to alot of BB 3) could tell them that Elitefitness members desire there knowledge (of course they could get a member name like IFBB1) 4) that way we can find out what the big dogs do and not by some hearsay

It would be great, but i wonder if any of them would be up to it, or if they would want to deal with all the emails and such, i dont' know if they'd be honest as well. But if would be nice.

We don't have the whole IFBB here.....our boys are far too big and strong to waste time with such things Actually I think getting at least one IFBB pro on the board would be nice. No need to show an email address.....just act answer questions on the board. So who do we elect to run with this one? IP: Logged |

Before I moved recently, I worked out with a couple IFBB pros. New pros who got their cards recently, and an NABF pro. Let me tell you, (no offense to them) these guys are not extremely forthcoming with the info. It took a couple of years to even break through the fascade that they were "natural"! HA! C'mon now... Now I learned a lot of tricks and tips, but I can tell you the only thing you need to know. Use whatever gear youre gonna use and lift HEAVY!!!! BALLS OUT HEAVY!!!! In the all too few years I was with them, there was NEVER a light day, or a high reps day, or a "toning" day. Heavy all year long. Even precontest its heavy. The only difference in precontest is cardio. I mean, these guys (and I say "these guys" because I couldnt usually keep up) would do dumbell military pressess with 150lb dumbells!!! I'll do 80's. On a good day I'll squeeze out a few reps with 90's, but GOD DAMN!!!! Hmmm, Ive completely lost my train of thought and cant remember my point, so I'll leave it at that. IP: Logged |

Well, after hearing a few of you guys' measurements (height, weight,BF%), I think there are a couple of pros in here. Either that or the gym I go to is full of pansies (which is probably the case). IP: Logged |

Conan69, do not take this the wrog way, I am just curious. Why do you want to know what the pros take and how much? I have seen a few of their cycles, and I can tell you that they are taking more than they really need to . Are you tying to find a cycle for yourself, or is it just out of curiosity? Also, what makes you think that there aren't already some pros here, although they probably get tired of many of the posts. Most of what to pros know is from trial and error, and from what their "buddies" do. just my thoughts. IP: Logged |
