![]() ![]() ![]() My chest is of ample size, however it lacks the fullness it should have. When I wear a tank-top all looks good, but remove it and you find a lower chest that suffers. So here it is; I have a pissy shoulder that can regulate me from time to time. My training partner is of the opinion that decline will be my only savior. Having the problem with the shoulder has kept me far away from the evil decline bench. I have tried to supplement its absence with dips but they dont appear to be the solution. So Im open to opinions. Use caution and do the declines, or continue with dips and await the pecs response? Genetics aside, and no I dont have the slightest condition of gyno (my only true genetic gift) Fire away. Thanks to all. ~ IP: Logged |
