first of all, I asked a question about an absess and I'm amazed that nobody commented! wierd...

Had to go to the doc cause the pain was getting really bad. doc gave me some prescription anti inflamatories and some weird shit to rub on the absess. within 3 hours I could walk again. now, 8 hours later I'm feeling ALOT better. probably wont be able to squat tomorow, but hopefully the day after. what a bitch an absess is man!! and I honestly don't know how I could have avoided it! everything was clean and new, used alcohol, etc etc...

my second shot hurt like a BITCH and actually felt like a big LUMP in there too. i think i just did a shitty job. worked itself on its own in like 48 hours.

You may have just aggravated a nerve and that is why the anti-inflammatory medicine and the topical rub helped to ease the pain. It happens when you inject a little to high or to the side.

I forgot to mention that the swelling didn't start till 5 days after the shot. and I'm not talking soreness, I mean, I couldn't walk!
