How ever many weeks your "on" for is the least time you should take before your next cycle 8 weeks on, at least 8 weeks off ------------------ IP: Logged |

Isn't bridging just used by guys that never want to end the cycle, so they sneak a lil in between....not giving their recep's time to clean out? Just my thought. IP: Logged |

...I have always heard time on = time off.... would you also apply that to a time between bulk cycle test/deca and Cutting equipoise/ Winny.... i always thought because of the difference in the types that you could cut down the time.......or is that some thing that i made up so I could justify starting my cutting cycle sooner? i read somewhere that you should wait roughly at least sixty days. this gives your testosterone level time to get back to its normal levels. but i suppose if you go on a long cycle then you should stay off longer IP: Logged |

as for normal test levels they should come back or be where they should be after you are done your post cycle clomid.....is this time just to "clean out your receptors?" or just to give your organs some rest.... just wondering where we came up with that rule... Mac...E2...? VK IP: Logged |

The length of off time greatly depends on your goals. Recreational use should constitute a time on = time off schedule. Advanced trainers usually opt for time on divided by two (ie. 8 weeks on 4 weeks off). Pros and top ametures rarley take time off. Very long cycles that last 16 weeks min. with less that three weeks "clean". They ususally just bridge with small amounts of AS or HCG. IP: Logged |

It really depends on many many things, you dont' really have to take time off at all if you dont' want to, as we all know most of the pro's do that and i personally know several people who do that. Now i like to take time off, just to get my bearings. It depends on what drugs i've been taking, for instance right now i'm on 1000mg sust 400 deca and 10 dbol/day, when i stop this it will all still be kicking around in me for over a month. So in my eyes i'm still not off, then my time off starts after that. I like to take time off to clean up the receptors , give the body a rest and to see how much i've gained, it's usually my dieting time.

thanks E2....I also realize (or believe) that different esters utilize different receptors....reason why the pros keep changing the type of A/S they are on...i guess that this all started when we were trying to figure out how much time to take between a "bulking" and "cutting" cycle.... also when you reduce the time i.e. 2-3 weeks.. one would be on clomid almost the whole time.... will the clomid lose its effectiveness as an anti-e over a long period.. thanks IP: Logged |

yeah, what about switching to different types of drugs, don't they hit different receptors? IP: Logged |
