![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ive been a serious lifter for 13 years and am going to take the leap. They say people do real well who have established a solid base of muscle/knowledge. I have. Im 30 and to all the people who have lifted for a year or two and decided to juice,your a joke. Or maybe Im just bitter I didnt start sooner. Regardless,Im 6 ft 215 lbs @12%bf. Heres what Im thinking ,please critique if you know your stuff. dbol deca wk 1 4 tabs Realize this is short but I want to minimize sides. Realize some will complain that its too light on deca but for a first time with d -bol I think it should work. Looking for 10-15 lbs. Thx IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Maximus, I'm your friggin' twin physically (6'1", 210#, 8-9%bf, 31 yrs, trained just as long), and I'm going to be doing the same cycle soon. Whoever said that was a light cycle was right. Here's my plan... Week***Deca***D-bol Clomid EOD throughout (50mg) and then for two weeks after ED (100mg and 50 mg). My suggestion, if you can't tell from my cycle, is to hit your receptors harder at the start and then taper at the end. I am also thinking of stacking primobolan depot at the end, starting during the seventh week for 4 or 5 weeks (not sure of doses yet). We'll have to compare gains! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Maximus, The cycle you are considering looks good except for the d-bol dosage. You should start the d-bol high and taper down. Also, try to limit the in-take of the d-bol to 5 weeks. It will not be very effective after the 5th week. The deca will kick in anyway, so you do not need the d-bol anymore. You will see a nice boost in your strength and mass. This is a great first cycle that will help you to get used to using gear. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

In your vast years of experience(didnt you say youre 21 or something?) you must of learned that some people have diff goals than,perhaps,you. Some train for pure strenth,some pure size,some to be as lean and ripped as possible.... Not all of us train so we can help our friend decide if they look good in a tight shirt or not(your prev post). Or to look good for the others in the barrio. Think before you speak,genius. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i think if you lift for 1 or 2 years and juice your fine, you may have a better base to work with, but the gear is still going to kick in. i lifted for 3 years, took 6 months off for broken leg, juiced and look great now, but that's just me. i say up d-bol to anywhere from 5-8 tabs, 5 being the lowest, and deca from 400mg up. i do 8 week cycles of this and it has always given me good results. I have been training very hard for almost 2 years... couldn't keep the weight on... so I waited until my plateu.. everyone is different...
